Our approach

Care that treats the cause, not just the symptom.

Pain is rarely only about where it hurts. We look at how you move, sit, work and train, then build treatment around your goals, whether that means lifting your child, running again or getting through a workday comfortably.

  • Assess first

A thorough movement and history assessment before any treatment begins.

  • Treat hands-on

Manual therapy, targeted exercise and load management, matched to each stage.

  • Teach self-management

Clear explanations and a simple home programme so progress lasts.

Questions

Before you book

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No. You can book directly. If you have scans or letters from a specialist, bring them along and we will review them together.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, and something that gives access to the area being treated, such as shorts for knee problems.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition and goals. After your first assessment we give you an honest estimate and review it as you progress.

Will treatment hurt?

Some techniques can feel uncomfortable briefly, but we always work within your tolerance and explain what we are doing first.
